| Cancellation Terms and Conditions |
| A deposit of 30% is required to hold a booking. After a written confirmation is sent, a deposit must be made within a period of 10 working days. A booking will not be firm until the deposit is received. The deposit will be refundable (minus the administration fee of 25%) if cancellation is made 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The balance of the rental fees will be due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will not be made on deposits and/or rental fees if cancellation is made within 60 days of scheduled arrival date. In the event of a hurricane or airline strike we will honor the rescheduling of your booking at a later date within one year subject to availability of accommodation. There will be no refunds in this case. There are no refunds of deposits or rental fees for Christmas and New Year bookings, i.e., between December 24 and January 14 in each year. |
